崗位職責
1. Guarantee productivity (efficiency) on the workshop
負責生產效率 2. Lead production continuous improvement activities.
組織開展持續改進活動
3. In charge of the development of new products, new processes, the improvement of the current ones, rejections and claims analysis and solution.
負責新產品、工藝的開發，現有工藝的改進，內部質量問題以及客戶投訴的分析和解決。
4. Technical contact with the customers in case of claims or new developments.
在發生客戶投訴或新開發時，與客戶進行技術溝通。
5. Management of the whole production team on a daily basis, to make sure decisions are made fast.
負責整個生產團隊的日常管理，快速響應問題解決。
6. Monthly performance evaluation for supervisor.
月度績效評估下屬主管。
7. Plan and organize annual training plan for whole production team.
計劃并組織整個生產團隊的年度培訓計劃。
8. Enhance 5S and safety awareness for whole production team.
提高整個生產團隊的5S和安全意識。
9. Support PMC manage raw material and finished rollers warehouse, and special tools purchasing.
支持采購管理原材料和成品輥的倉庫，以及五金倉庫管理。

任職要求
1. Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, mechanical or industrial engineering.
化工、機械或工業工程本科以上學歷。
2. Good English skill in reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
良好的英語聽說讀寫能力。
3. At least 3 years working experience in rubber industry, rubber roller in priority.
3年以上橡膠行業工作經驗，橡膠輥筒優先。
